The energy and enthusiasm like a teenager and wisdom of a senior Marilu Henner is today's best woman that can do it all! In her teens, she was a dieter who yo-yo'd who watched her weight climb upwards. Her health was deteriorating and she felt not well all the time. She knew that when both of her parents died when they were in their 50s the mother died of problems due to arthritis as well as her father from a heart arrest--she had to be proactive in her care for her overall health. Her focus was on the health of our bodies, and on how we can optimize the functions of our body.
